At Seller Better Inc., we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and securely as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed the same day they are placed on our website.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once verified, your order will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 12–20 days, depending on product demand and destination.
- Peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.): Shipping may take 3–4 weeks.
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 50 days due to customs, logistics, or high demand.
All shipments are insured and include a tracking number for your convenience.
Important Notes
1. Incorrect Address
- Customers must provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If the address is incorrect and not updated before processing, the order cannot be refunded.
- Reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Failed Delivery
- If delivery cannot be completed, a notice will be left in your mailbox.
- If the package is not collected within 5 days, it will be returned to our warehouse with no refund option.
3. Address Changes
- Once an order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
- Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct address at checkout.
4. Customs & Duties
- International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
Returns Related to Shipping
- Any return shipping costs (for change of mind, incorrect order, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
- We cover the cost of shipping when sending the replacement product back to you.
